Entrance and Stairwell Malmgatan

The assignment: Renovate and restore three of the finest stairwells in Stockholm to their original state, all located in the same property. Over time the stairwells had started to decay and lost their original shine. Luckily one was quite intact (but in bad shape) and could be used as a reference when restoring the stairwells. The project includes painting, better lighting, renovating existing wooden parts such as doors and panels, and making sure the entrances meet modern standards when it comes to accessibility and safety. The client was ambitious with every detail which turned it into an exciting project where the stairwells got the good care they deserved.
