Apartment Karlaplan

The client had just bought this apartment in central Stockholm, a beautiful one but with a lot of small rooms and narrow spaces. We were contacted to find a solution to the problem. This resulted in a total rearrangement of the plan where walls were removed and rooms changed places with each other. All surfaces in the apartment are remade, the colours are inspired by the hotel “Ett hem”, where the client lived for a while. Another source of inspiration is “The Arts Club” in London which the client and us visited together. The project was a close collaboration with the client, who has a wide network of contacts and a lot of creative ideas.
